Design-Build
Design-Build is Zahn Development’s primary project delivery method. We provide fully integrated architecture, general contractor, and interior design services.

As President and Project Manager of Zahn Development, Inc., Andrew oversees all construction operations to ensure quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met for ongoing projects. His involvement starts at the early planning stages including feasibility studies, scheduling, value engineering & cost analysis, all the way through final completion and delivery.
Andrew received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Computer Information Sciences from the University of Florida. He is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, has studied at the Danish Design School in Copenhagen, Denmark, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Rita Sosa-Zahn

Rita Sosa-Zahn is an accomplished professional with licenses as both an architect and interior designer in the state of Florida. She holds the position of Principal Architect and Project Manager at Zahn Development Inc., where she leads and oversees all stages of the design-build process, from initial conception to the final construction phase. In addition to her role at Zahn Development, Rita serves as the Vice President of Architecture Studio Inc.,
Rita’s success is largely due to her ability to understand her clients needs, and deliver tailored architectural designs for them. Rita’s understanding of custom home construction is unique among her peers. She brings professionalism, warmth, and an understanding of how to make a project successful. Rita received a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University.
