Tour a Luxury Green Residence
The Broward Branch of the USGBC South Florida Chapter is proud to invite you to tour a luxury green residence in Lighthouse Point. Come meet the Developer, Architect, Green Building Consultant and Energy Rater. See firsthand how this home hopes to achieve LEED for Homes Silver certification, as well as a Florida Green Building Coalition Gold certification. Learn about the project’s history, design and construction process, as well as an in-depth look at the HERS energy rating process on this home.
The presenters will include:
