GLASS HOUSE 90′ ECO-FRIENDLY DOCK
The Glass House features a 90 foot dock that extends over the seawall cap to create an expansive water side lounge area and boat dockage for upto an 80 foot yacht. However before this beautiful dock could be bulit the old dock already on the lot had to be removed. In an to effort to divert waste from the landfill and even to reduce energy consumption of recycling, we collaborated with collegue Carlos del Amor, a NAR Green Designated Realtor from Coral Gables, Fl. In the following video Carlos explains how he coordinated the reclaiming of the old material to build a deck at another single family home in Miami.
